How does the $300-a-day on-time guarantee work?
Before work begins, we agree in writing on the project scope, completion date and guarantee terms. If we finish late because of a delay within our control, we pay you $300 for each day of delay. The agreed project schedule is the basis for this commitment.
What does the 12-month workmanship warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects resulting from our installation work for one year after completion. We correct covered workmanship defects at no additional cost. The scope and warranty terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the size of the space, the materials, the layout and the preparation required. We review those details with you and agree on a completion date before starting your project.
Do you handle waterproofing and surface preparation?
Yes. We prepare the installation surface, level subfloors as needed and use waterproofing membranes in wet areas. The preparation needed for your project is discussed as part of the estimate.
Can you help me choose tile or other materials?
Yes. Tell us the look you have in mind and what you are considering. We can discuss material options and installation details for your space. If you have already purchased materials, include that information in your estimate request.
What should I include in my estimate request?
